Description
This experience combines the thrill of riding a real Olympic bobsleigh track with cultural and historical exploration, all in one day. Sigulda is the only location in Europe offering summer rides on a genuine Olympic bobsleigh track, piloted by a professional at speeds up to 85 km/h.
Your adventure starts on the bobsleigh track, where you’ll descend the concrete chute with a professional pilot, safely navigating fast twists and turns. The 1-minute ride delivers intense adrenaline and a unique sense of speed.
Afterwards, explore the region’s history by visiting the Sigulda New Castle and the ruins of the Livonian Order Castle. Sigulda is often referred to as “the Switzerland of Latvia” for its scenic surroundings and cultural heritage.
The tour includes a tasting of Riga Black Balsam, a traditional Latvian herbal liqueur with deep cultural significance.
This activity accommodates small groups of 2–3 people, and children aged 6 and above are welcome when accompanied by an adult. It operates on weekends only and is available during the warmer months from April through September.

The experience is available only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Hotel pick-up and drop-off provide a full door-to-door service within Riga.
